Nutritionist Christina Agnew has a beautiful little raw diet Monday menu we can all try. “It’s so easy and it’s high in nutrients, so you’ll feel more satisfied and energised,” she says.
Start with some fruit and fresh juice, ideally green with ingredients such as watercress, spinach, kale, fennel, apple and lime – a superb shot of nutrients.
Tackle the 11am munchies and snack on a handful of pumpkin and sunflower seeds, mixed with raisins and more exotic goji berries.
Create a big colourful salad with lots of veggies, slices of avocado, olives and pine nuts, and a cold-pressed olive oil as a dressing. This is easy to take to work too.

Top tip: You can also eat flaxseeds during the day. They give you a blast of omega-3s and help dieters feel satisfied. Pop into a clean pepper grinder and twist onto salads, soups or smoothies. Simple!
