Have you ever had a green tea smoothie? It’s delicious! Try this simple, 10 min recipe.
* 2 green teabags
* 1 cup light coconut milk
* 140g spinach
* 2 bananas, frozen
* 1 large mango
1. Steep the green teabags in 1 cup boiling water, then leave to cool.
2. In a blender, mix the coconut milk, spinach and cooled green tea until smooth.
3. Add the frozen bananas and mango, and blend again until the smoothie is creamy.
