If you’re after a sweet treat in a hurry then these delicious banana and toffee flavoured banoffee pots are the perfect thing.
- 8 digestive biscuits, crushed
- 400ml vanilla yoghurt
- 6 tbsp caramel treat
- 2 bananas, finely sliced
- 10g dark chocolate, grated
- Divide the crushed biscuits between 4 glasses.
- Spoon in layers of the vanilla yogurt, caramel and banana slices. Sprinkle over the grated chocolate to serve.
