There’s just a few short months until the next royal wedding of the year, and like a lot of brides, it seems that Princess Eugenie is getting in shape for the big day.
Fitness experts have guessed that the royal has lost a significant amount of weight since announcing her engagement – and has done so slowly and healthily.
So how has she done it, and what is Princess Eugenie’s workout regime?
Earlier this year, the 28-year-old actually shared her fitness regime with Harper’s Bazaar, revealing that she prefers an early workout.
Eugenie said, “I get up around 6:45 to start exercising by 7. I go to the park from 7 to 8. I do circuits, which I love because they’re quick: burpees, squat jumps, lunges, the whole lot. It’s much better, as I can’t run for a long time.”
It’s likely that now, the Princess will be able to do all her workouts within the grounds of Kensington Palace, where she recently moved with her fiance, Jack Brooksbank.
However, the royal also shared that she’s not averse to a good gym session – revealing her go-to location. She said, “Or I go with my best friend to this amazing, women-only gym called Grace Belgravia.”
Grace Belgravia is an exclusive gym available to join by invitation only, so it’s no surprise that it’s the perfect place to ensure Eugenie some privacy when she works out.
