Award-winning recording artist, actress and mom, Jennifer Lopez, 50, looks better than ever as she shows off her strong, toned body in the new Hustler’s movie, which was just released in the US earlier this month.
We’ve admired Jennifer Lopez’s body confidence and ageless attitude for decades, and now the actress has made waves once again as she takes centre stage in the Hustlers Movie – as well as on the runway at a recent Versace fashion show.

In the film, J.Lo plays Ramona – a spunky, talented stripper who is also the strip club’s top earner. She befriends new stripper Destiny (played by Constance Wu), and shows her how to navigate her way around and take advantage of the wealthy Wall Street clientele who frequent the club.
However, when the 2008 economic crisis shakes the country and threatens their livelihood, the two women devise a plan, along with some of the other dancers, to get their lives back on track.

On the Versace runway
We all remember the exotic, green Versace silk chiffon dress J.Lo wore alongside P.Diddy at the 42nd Grammy Awards in 2000, right?
Well now, we think she looks even better – almost 10 years later! Jennifer once again wowed fans and fashionistas at a recent Versace fashion show, where she wore a similar gown to the iconic piece she wore back then. There’s no doubt that she works hard on her diet and in the gym to achieve her strong, toned body while still maintaining her feminine curves.

Her diet and exercise regime
In a recent Harpers Bazaare article, it’s reported that Jennifer’s number 1 rule is to always stay hydrated before and after a workout.
Lopez also avoids caffeine and alcohol and sticks to a balanced, nutrient dense diet – with little to no processed foods. Her trainer, Tracey Anderson told People Magazine that Jennifer sticks to a clean, healthy diet with plenty of fresh food and organic ingredients, to give her the energy she needs to maintain her busy lifestyle and schedule.
She’s also admitted to making healthy choices in restaurants and likes to stick to simple meals such as fish and veggies or a fresh salad when dining out.
Her exercise regime
When it comes to working out, Jennifer Lopez is not afraid of building up a sweat. According to reports, she rarely misses a workout and likes to switch things up to keep her body guessing. She likes a combination of cardio, strength moves and functional exercises like planks and push-ups. She also enjoys dancing – and ensures she always enjoys her workouts.
