Demi-Leigh Tebow is in a season of big changes. With her first child due at the end of June, the former Miss Universe is embracing both motherhood and new creative ventures. Most recently, she’s released her third book — a 100-day guided journal designed to encourage self-reflection and inner growth.

Titled Knowing Who You Are Because of Who God Is, the book invites readers to slow down, reconnect with themselves, and build confidence from within. Filled with stories, space for journaling and daily prompts, the book is what Demi-Leigh calls “a little different” to her previous titles.
“It’s something I really hope will help people become more grounded and intentional,” she said. “There’s a lot of space for reflection, which is something I’ve personally leaned into during this season.”

From beauty queen to published author
This new release follows two earlier books: her memoir A Crown That Lasts, which unpacks her journey beyond the pageant spotlight, and a children’s book Princess Paris Finds Her Purpose, inspired by her real-life Dalmatian and a playful safari adventure. The children’s story centres on a lost crown and the reminder that true value comes from within — a message she hopes will spark meaningful conversations with young readers and parents alike.
Writing has become a growing part of her life in recent years, and she sees it as a way to share personal insights while connecting with others who are navigating change, pressure or self-doubt.
Ready for baby
Now 38 weeks pregnant, Demi-Leigh is glowing — and honest. “I’m feeling great. I do waddle a bit now,” she joked in an interview with YOU magazine. She added that her first two trimesters were anything but easy, admitting she battled hormonal changes, breakouts and unexpected food aversions. “Chicken still isn’t on the menu,” she laughed.
The baby, a girl, is expected around her birthday on 28 June. While the couple are overjoyed, she’s also enjoying the quiet moments before life changes again. “There’s a calmness to this time. I’ve been really focused on creating space for creativity, nesting and just being present.”
Earlier this year, Demi-Leigh and her husband, former NFL player and philanthropist Tim Tebow, celebrated their growing family with a baby shower in Franschhoek. Though they’re keeping baby names under wraps, Demi-Leigh did hint at future plans, saying, “A mini-me Tim would be so adorable.”
A lifestyle shift
As she transitions from life in front of the camera to life behind the scenes, Demi-Leigh’s focus has clearly shifted. From writing books to preparing for motherhood, she’s stepping into a new role that’s far removed from the pageant stage but no less purposeful.
Her latest project is a gentle invitation to slow down, journal your thoughts and reconnect with what matters. And with her first child almost here, it’s a fitting moment to reflect, recalibrate and move forward with intention.
