Gisele Bundchen’s bag of choice is a retro denim quilted Chanel bag that she has had since her mid-twenties. It’s not very large: ‘Don’t carry any more weight than you need to in life,’ she says.

‘I love tea – I drink tea all day long,’ the supermodel says as she enthusiastically shows off a ginger and chamomile tea bag. Coffee is not part of Gisele Bundchen’s life, the supermodel reveals in the video. ‘I did drink caffeine when I was in my early twenties, and I had anxiety for that!’ she admits. So caffeine-free tea is her drink of choice.
While rooibos is a caffeine-free option readily available just about everywhere you go in South Africa, it’s not so common to find such options across the oceans. Remember to be prepared if you are caffeine-free too!
The health-orientated Gisele is known to eat a largely plant-based diet. ‘I believe that as much as we [should] nourish our bodies through food first, then you can supplement with vitamin D or zinc, or different things that are good for us,’ she says. That’s why she keeps a reliable vitamin D supplement close on hand for whenever she is feeling run down.
Gisele Bundchen takes health and wellness incredibly seriously. Case in point: the resistance band she carries with her. ‘I had shoulder surgery, so I take little breaks throughout the day and do my shoulder exercises,’ she says.
