Want to stay ‘on the ball’ and feel more refreshed? Try adding a few drops of peppermint essential oil to your morning shower. It’s a hybrid of spearmint and water mint, and is renowned for its cooling sensation.
Delightfully fresh and full of zing, bergamot essential oil is extracted from the peel of the bergamot orange and is what you want to reach for if you’re feeling a little down or unsure of yourself, as it helps to increase levels of serotonin, the happy hormone, in the limbic system.
