New Girl star Zooey Deschanel and Jonathan Scott, host of Property Brothers are tying the knot after four years of dating.
The couple took to Instagram to spread the word, posting a selfie together with a shiny new engagement ring in tow, captioned “Forever starts now!!! 🥰♾🥰,”
The stunning ring, sporting pops of pink, purple, and clear stones match Zooey’s Barbie-esque pink nails.

And the proposal was straight out of a romance movie. Jonathan popped the question in the picturesque countryside of Scotland where the Scott family originally hails from. Zooey’s kids, Elsie and Charlie, were there with them to celebrate the occasion.
The couple’s relationship first started on an episode of Carpool Karaoke with James Corden in August 2019.
Zooey, along with her sister Emily and Jonathan along with his brother and co-host, Drew shared a comical musical moment singing along to K-Ci & JoJo’s All My Life without knowing that just 4 years later, they’d be gearing up to become family.
