Forget your usual lunch snack – try these two-ingredient protein-rich flapjacks!
- 2 ripe bananas, mashed
- 2 eggs, beaten
- Butter, to fry
- Optional extras: whey protein, cocoa,
- vanilla essence
1. Combine the mashed banana with the eggs. Add whey protein, cocoa or vanilla essence, if using.
2. Melt butter in a frying pan. When it is hot, drop about 2 tbsp batter into the pan. Wait about a minute before flipping the flapjack over and cooking on the other side.
3. Serve warm.
