Our Asian-twist on sausages wrapped in bacon makes for an irresistible side.
- 8 slices streaky bacon
- 16 chipolatas
- 1 tsp sesame seed oil
- 11⁄2 tsp honey
- 1 tbsp soy sauce
- 3 tsp toasted sesame seeds
1. Heat the oven to 200°C.
2. Stretch the bacon slices and halve so that you have 16 slices.
3. Wrap a piece of bacon around each chipolata. Place on foil-lined baking tray.
4. Mix the sesame seed oil, honey and soy. Brush over the sausages and cook for 10 minutes. Brush again with the glaze and turn. Cook for 10–15 minutes. Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve.
