- Watermelon, cut into thick slices
- 100g feta cheese, crumbled
- 100g black olives, pips removed
- Avocado, roughly chopped
- Olive oil, to serve
- Handful rocket, to serve
- Basil leaves, torn, to serve
Arrange the watermelon slices on your plate. Top with feta cheese, olives, avocado, rocket and basil, and drizzle with a good amount of olive oil. Season well and serve.
