One of our favourite cocktails to make at home; strawberry, watermelon and basil gin slushy.
Recipe developed for Hope by photographer and stylist Michelle Parkin.
- 60ml Hope Mediterranean (if you want to up the basil notes) or African Botanical (if you want to highlight the berries) Gin
- 5 strawberries
- ½ cup watermelon
- 3 basil leaves
- 1 cup ice
- To Garnish:
- Edible flowers
- Blend all the ingredients together and pour into a glass. Garnish with edible flowers and serve on crushed ice.
