Ingredients

• 660g jar chickpeas
• 250g halved cherry tomatoes
• 150g radishes, halved
• 130g pitted black olives
• 4tbsp chopped flat leaf parsley
• 3tbsp olive oil
• juice of 1 lemon
• a handful of rocket leaves, to serve
