- 60ml rum
- 8 tbsp watermelon
- 2 dashes angostura bitters
- 15ml mint syrup
- 5 mint leaves
- Muddle the watermelon in a cocktail shaker.
- Shake all the ingredients together.
- Double strain into a chilled martini glass.
- Garnish with mint leaves.
