For a new way with your sprouts this Christmas, why not try this roasted sprouts recipe with chive butter and radishes. This side is really original and full of lovely colours.
- 1kg Brussels sprouts, trimmed
- 2tbsp olive oil
- 300g radishes, trimmed
- 2tbsp snipped chives
- 25g butter, softened
Heat the oven to 180C fan, gas 6. Mix the sprouts with the oil and plenty of seasoning. Put into a roasting tin, roast for 15 minutes, then add the radishes roast for a further 5 minutes. Add the chives and butter, stir to combine and serve.
