- 100g (4oz) soft blue cheese (such as Dolcelatte), cut into small pieces
- 3 red chicory heads, leaves separated
- 2 ripe pears, sliced into thin wedges
- 50g (2oz) quince paste, cut into small cubes
Place a piece of the cheese into each chicory leaf. Press in a pear slice and crumble over extra cheese, then top with the quince paste.
