- Nutella hazelnut spread

- Pre-heat the oven at 200 C. Divide your puff pastry into rectangles. Cut diagonal strips (of equal size) on both sides of each rectangle, leaving a space in the middle for your filling.
- Cover the middle of the rectangle with a generous amount of Nutella hazelnut spread. Then, cross the diagonal strips over the Nutella filling to create a braided pattern.
- Transfer onto a baking paper-lined tray, lightly brush on your egg wash and bake for 30 minutes or until golden brown.
- To serve, dust with icing sugar.
