- 2 wholemeal wraps or flour tortillas
- 3 ripe tomatoes, sliced
- little extra virgin olive oil
- 125g mozzarella, sliced
- 4 to 6 slices Parma ham
- handful fresh rocket
- Add a baking sheet to the middle shelf of the oven and turn the heat up to the highest setting. You should prepare beforehand by chopping and slicing your ingredients. Once the oven is ready, take the hot baking sheet out and place the wraps on top. You can then add your tomatoes on top, and add a trickle of oil. Add your seasoning as well as the mozzarella before putting it back into the oven. Allow it to cook for around five minutes, or until you notice a light brown on the edges and see that the cheese has melted. You can then remove it from the oven, and then simply add the rocket and Parma ham before serving.
