Ingredients

  • Hendricks Gin
  • Pomegranate and elderflower cordial
  • Lime juice
  • Fresh mint
  • Raspberries
  • Ginger beer

Instructions

  1. Add 37.5ml Hendricks Gin into a cocktail shaker
  2. Add 20ml pomegranate and elderflower cordial
  3. Add 15ml lime juice
  4. Add a few fresh mint leaves and raspberries
  5. Shake well
  6. Strain into a wineglass with ice
  7. Top up with ginger beer
  8. Garnish with mint and raspberries, and serve
