These banana chocolate pancakes are so easy peasy you’ll make them as quickly as you’ll eat them! Double the recipe if you’re extra hungry.
INGREDIENTS
1 banana, mashed
2 eggs
1 tbsp cocoa
1 tsp vanilla essence
1⁄8 tsp baking powder
1⁄8 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients until well mixed. You’ll be left with a runny batter.
Heat butter in a pan.
Drop in 2 tbsp and cook 1 minute a side.
Banana flapjacks will go with all your favourite toppings, even chocolate sauce if you’re feeling indulgent!
