This Spicy Mustard Chicken Wings Recipe is perfect for the braai

  • 1,8kg chicken wings (around 16 wings)
  • 250ml teriyaki marinade
  • 2tbsp sesame oil
  • 2tbsp Dijon mustard
  • 2tbsp honey
  • freshly ground black pepper


  1. Mix all the ingredients together with a good grinding of black pepper. Pop into a resealable food bag, and refrigerate overnight.
  2. To cook, heat the oven to 200°C, 180°C fan, and bake on an oiled baking sheet, turning a few times for 20 minutes, or until well browned and cooked through. Or, to braai; cook over a medium heat, turning often, until browned and cooked through.
