A thick and creamy fruit smoothie, blended with natural yogurt
Bananas are great for keeping your heart healthy and for weight loss in particular, as well as containing plenty of fibre and loads of essential nutrients.
- 225g (8oz) raspberries
- 1 large banana
- 450ml (15fl oz) natural yogurt
- 450ml (15 fl oz) cold water
- Put all the ingredients in a blender or food processor and whizz until smooth. Serve chilled.
