- Entries will be considered incomplete and thus disqualified if the entrant does not provide all requested information, including an ID number.

- The competition is open to South African residents only.
- The competition will open on 15 July 2015 and close on midnight on 22 July 2015.
- Winners will be announced in the week following the close of the competition.
- The competition is not open to employees of Caxton and their immediate families, the prize sponsors or their respective advertising agencies and PR companies.
- No cash or alternative will be offered for the prize in whole or in part and the hamper cannot be redeemed for cash.
- Caxton Magazines reserves the right to publish the name(s) and/or photograph(s) of the winner(s).
- Prize(s) are not transferable and may not be exchanged for cash.
- In the event of unforeseen circumstances, Caxton Magazines reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize with the same or greater value.
- Unclaimed prizes (hampers) will not be resent.
- Caxton Magazines reserves the right to redistribute all unclaimed prizes.
- There is no limit to the number of times a person can enter, however only one winning entry per person.
