Get back into routine
Going back to the office means having to deal with traffic again. Practice your commute so that you have an idea of the timing and logistics. Also, consider recreating your work schedule from home in the office, such as your preferred work times and when you take breaks.
Revisit company policies
Be sure to review your company’s policies and expectations, and familiarise yourself with their return-to-office policy, if one exists.
Set home/work boundaries
Working from home allowed for a more flexible schedule, which oftentimes meant finishing tasks after hours. Now you’ll have to make adjustments to your work style as you settle back into the office environment and establish boundaries between work and your personal life.
Communicate your needs
If you have any questions or concerns, speak to your manager, who can address any issues proactively.
Build social connections
Being in the office means you can now reconnect with colleagues and rebuild your social network. It also allows for increased collaboration.

Returning to the office can be stressful. So it’s important to get enough sleep, eat healthy, exercise and partake in stress-reducing activities.
