Alright, this one is for the sensitive skin girlies.
If you’re like me, you’re dreading the colder months struggling with dry, irritated skin that only flares up with the use of products that everyone else swears by. Unfortunately, that’s the crux of dealing with delicate skin, but I’m here to tell you not to lose hope!
Recently, I added CeraVe’s Hydrating Cleanser & Daily Moisturising Lotion into my skincare routine. Two holy grail products beauty editors, skincare gurus and sensitive skin girlies have been singing the praises of.
Of course, I was skeptical after generally having very little success in finding skincare that won’t irk or irritate my skin. I decided to give them a try anyway after reading great reviews, and I’m glad I did!

Now a staple in my skincare routine, the first thing I noticed about this cleanser is how gentle it is. It doesn’t foam up, but instead has a creamy texture that feels so soothing and gentle on the skin! Two pumps effortlessly removes all dirt, oil, and makeup from my skin without leaving it feeling tight or dry afterwards.
With hyaluronic acid which helps to hydrate and plump up the skin and 3 essential ceramides that work together to support the skin’s protective barrier and lock in moisture, this cleanser doesn’t skimp on the good stuff, but is also as ‘clean’ as they come, being fragrance-free, paraben-free, and sulfate-free. Yay for my skin and the planet!
After using the cleanser for 2 weeks, once in the AM and once in the PM daily, my skin looks suppler, smoother, and softer with zero breakouts.

In the colder months, I battle with eczema triggered by dry skin. My perfect moisturiser is one that soothes damaged skin and keeps it hydrated without causing any new breakouts. This is it!
The formula is packed with skin-loving ingredients like hyaluronic acid and ceramides. These ingredients, also found in the cleanser I use, work together to hydrate the skin and restore its natural barrier, which is the key to healthy, more radiant-looking skin.
This moisturiser isn’t heavy and doesn’t leave your skin feeling greasy, and it’s perfect for wearing under makeup. I’ve been wearing this moisturiser along with SPF and makeup, and I never feel like I’m overdoing the product and suffocating my skin.
Along with the cleanser, this lotion is fragrance-free, paraben-free, and non-comedogenic. I love how fresh, clean and clear my skin feels and I haven’t experienced any kind of irritation or inflammation, despite heading into the colder months where my skin usually gives me trouble. So far, so good!
