An unconventional approach? Maybe. But here are three nifty tips and tricks that really work!
De-puff Under-eye Area
The easiest way to de-puff your under-eye area in the morning? Pop a potato in the fridge and leave it overnight. When you wake, take it out and cut it into thin slices. Pop a slice under each eye for about 15 minutes and then remove to find that swelling has significantly reduced.
Minimise Dark Marks and Fight off Acne
Mix a tablespoon of honey with half a cup of freshly juiced potato to make your own natural, pigmentation-reducing remedy. The vitamin B from the potato is what will really help to make your complexion brighter over time.
Make Hair Shine
Mix-up your own shine-enhancing hair mask by whisking together one egg yolk with about a cup of strained potato juice. Massage the mixture into your scalp as well as along the lengths and ends of your hair, then let it sit for 20 minutes. Rinse and say hello to some seriously shiny strands!
