Tighten and brighten your complexion
Besides it’s soothing benefits, green tea is packed with antioxidants to help tighten and brighten the skin. For a quick mini facelift, heat water and run a green tea bag over it till it starts to steam. Squeeze out most of the water, then rub the bag over your face for a few minutes. Result? An instant glow!
Relieve puffy eyes
Using your index and middle fingers, press from the bridge of your nose outwards across your upper cheek, towards your temples.
For swollen eyes
Place a slice of raw potato or cucumber on your lids for 10 minutes! Both have soothing properties to bring swelling down.
Brighten your hair
Add 4tbsp of sodium bicarbonate to a jug of water, and rinse your hair with the solution after shampooing.
Smooth your feet
Get rid of rough areas by mixing 5tbsp of chocolate powder/cocoa powder with water to make a paste. Apply to clean, dry feet for 20 minutes and rinse off. You won’t believe how soft your feet will be afterwards!
Yellow nails? Brighten them by soaking them in water with lemon for five minutes, then soak in milk for another five.
Lighten dark elbows

For a natural, and gentle exfoliator, simply mix a bit of lemon juice and salt to cover the area, then rub over hands and feet. Rinse with water.
