It’s clear that a lot of time, dedication, and passion go into the extensive menu, which includes superb slow roast pork, and light fish tacos.

They also have an exceptional cocktail menu, with several different varieties of margaritas to choose from. Perron’s often fully booked weeks in advance, but you might be able to grab a table if you walk in.
